2. 数据使用
我们不会以任何形式使用、分析或出售您的数据。OAuth 令牌仅保存在您本地，用于与相应 API（Gmail 或 Microsoft Graph）通信，且仅在您主动操作（如发送邮件、读取收件箱）时使用。
3. 数据共享与披露
我们不会与任何第三方共享您的信息，除非法律强制要求（例如应法院传票）。即使在这种情况下，我们也会在披露前尽可能通知您（除非法律禁止）。
4. 数据存储与安全

1. Data Collection
This application does not collect, store, or upload any of your personal data.
When you sign in via Gmail OAuth or Microsoft Graph, it is used solely to obtain an access token for sending and receiving emails. All operations are performed locally on your device. Your emails, contacts, attachments, etc., are never transmitted to our servers.
2. Data Usage
We do not use, analyze, or sell your data in any way. OAuth tokens are stored locally and used only for communication with the respective API (Gmail or Microsoft Graph) when you perform actions (e.g., sending emails, reading your inbox).
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share your information with any third party unless legally required (e.g., in response to a court subpoena). Even then, we will notify you before disclosure if legally permitted.
4. Data Storage and Security
All data (including OAuth tokens, email caches, etc.) is stored locally on your device and is entirely under your control. We do not keep any copies in the cloud. We use operating system provided secure storage (e.g., Windows Credential Manager) to protect tokens, but you are still responsible for securing your device.
5. User Rights
Because we do not store any data, you do not need to request deletion or export – all data is on your device, and you can delete it completely at any time by uninstalling the app or manually clearing its directory.
6. Third-Party Services
This application uses the following third‑party APIs to provide email functionality:
- Google Gmail API – for sending/receiving emails with Gmail accounts. Your email data will interact directly with Google's servers. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy to understand how Google handles your data.
- Microsoft Graph API – for sending/receiving emails with Outlook / Office 365 accounts. Your email data will interact directly with Microsoft's servers. Please refer to Microsoft's Privacy Statement to understand how Microsoft handles your data.
7. Cookies and Tracking
This application does not use any cookies, web beacons, or third‑party tracking tools. Temporary state parameters used during OAuth flow exist only in the browser session and are not persisted.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you via in-app changelog or GitHub Release. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the revision.
